My health and fitness plan!

My health & fitness plan: So, i want to get fit and healthy. I use to be more fit and healthy but for about the last 1 year ish i have kind of let myself go and i have gained quite a bit weight & fat. - So i want to get more active, fit & healthy. I would like to lose the excess weight and fat. I have started making healthy fruit smoothies with fruits such as banana, grapes, strawberries, spinach, kiwi, oranges, apple mixed with tropical juice/exotic juice. I mix in different fruits in each smoothie. I am also trying to slowly cut out any junk food, sweets & bad/unhealthy drinks. Starting buy cutting out sweets and slowly drifting away from bad/unhealthy drinks. I think i heard once a woman should only have around 2,000 ish calories a day. So what im going to do is just keep track of what im eating and drinking. I will think about the calories i need, and what im putting in my body. So i will be keeping a food diary to help keep track and this should help me ...

Hi. So today i thought i would share my Instagram with you guys! Instagram: supitsshan I don't have a theme i just post whatever i want really. I was thinking of creating a 2nd Instagram account as like a 'blog'. Like about a certain thing like travel or beauty/fashion but im not sure if i should or what i should name it. On my current Instagram account (supitsshan) i follow most people back (depending on if i like their account/posts or if i know them i'll follow back) but i do follow most people back. Hello So, im gonna say a bit about my Youtube. I am trying to base my main channel around Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle. My second channel is goin' to be based around vlogs and other random videos and clips. I created my channel December 28th 2011. I haven't been making videos very long. I started around the beginning of 2015, so nearly a year ago. Its a fun and interesting hobby of mine. I enjoy Youtube, i enjoy making videos, watching videos and interacting with others. P.S. My Surgery - 13th - 21st October 2013

So, Back in October 13th 2013 i had my first lot of surgery. On the 21st of October (8 days apart) i had my second lot of surgery. I had been having stomach troubles and pains for a while. Friday 12th at school i wasn't feeling well and i had bad pains. I told a teacher, they assumed it was a period, even though it wasn't a period and i told them what it felt like, they didn't listen to me. The teachers i told thought they were right about it being a period, they just ignored me and didn't understand how i was feeling. It was unbearable pain. I finished school at 15:10... by 15:30 i was in hospital, the next morning on Saturday 13th i was having surgery. My appendix was inflamed and was close to bursting. And i had a cyst on my ovary. So my appendix got removed along with the chunk of my ovary that had the cyst on. I had key hole surgery near my belly button and had 2 smaller cuts lower on my belly. I obviously wasn't well enough to go to school for a while ...
