My health and fitness plan!

My health & fitness plan:

So, i want to get fit and healthy.

I use to be more fit and healthy but for about the last 1 year ish i have kind of let myself go and i have gained quite a bit weight & fat.

- So i want to get more active, fit & healthy.
I would like to lose the excess weight and fat.

I have started making healthy fruit smoothies with fruits such as banana, grapes, strawberries, spinach, kiwi, oranges, apple mixed with tropical juice/exotic juice.

I mix in different fruits in each smoothie.

I am also trying to slowly cut out any junk food, sweets & bad/unhealthy drinks. Starting buy cutting out sweets and slowly drifting away from bad/unhealthy drinks.

I think i heard once a woman should only have around 2,000 ish calories a day.

So what im going to do is just keep track of what im eating and drinking.

I will think about the calories i need, and what im putting in my body.

So i will be keeping a food diary to help keep track and this should help me figure out what i eat and what i shouldn't or don't need to be eating.

this should help me get healthier

I will also try to exercise more and go to the gym more

i will try to go the gym about 2 - 3 times a week. And i will try to exercise at home about 2 - 3 times a week

I will try to create like a schedule to help me get fit and i will follow the exercise routine i have created which should help me get fit.

I will mix up my routine and exercise now and again.

With the smoothies i have started making i try to have at least 1 - 2 smoothies a day.

So far i have been doing smoothies 1 - 2 times a day for about the last 3 weeks.
