My Workout Routine!

Running 10 - 30 ish minutes

Stretching - 1 minute

Running on the spot - 1 minute

Lunges - 1 minute

Star jumps - 30 seconds

Wall push ups - 1 minute

Bench press - 1 minute

Alternative lunges - 1 minute

'Peeing dog' - 1 minute

Donkey kicks - 1 minute

Butt kicks - 30 seconds

Squats - 1 minute

Leg raises - 1 minute

Seal claps - 30 secs

Wall Sit - 1 minute

Stretching - 1 minute

High knees sprint on the spot - 1 minute

Bicycle crunches - 30 seconds

Reach through's  - 1 minute

Starfish crunches - 1 minute

Toe touch crunches - 1 minute

Spiderman plank - 30 seconds

Knee raised crunches - 1 minute

Regular sit ups  - 1 minute

Oblique crunches - 30 seconds each side (1 minute total)

Opposite knee to opposite elbow lying down - 1 minute

Opposite knee to opposite elbow with high knees stood up - 1 minute

Stretching - 1 minute

Plank - 1 minute

Stretching - 30 seconds
